Who we are

Fotoconic Company Limited is a marketing and digital services company registered in Hong Kong, with its office at Room 1403, 14/F, Block A, Profit Industrial Building, 1-15 Kwai Fung Crescent, Kwai Fong, New Territories, Hong Kong.

What we collect

The only place this website collects personal information is the contact form. Its fields are: your name, your company name, your email address, your telephone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and a description of what you would like to improve.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are generated by the hosting platform for security and troubleshooting, not by us for marketing.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, discuss what you need, prepare a proposal where appropriate and manage the relationship if you become a client.

We do not use enquiry details to build advertising audiences, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

This website does not currently run advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party marketing pixels, and sets no cookies of its own. Your language choice is stored in your browser only. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy will be updated first and a notice added where required.

Who else may see it

Enquiries are emailed to our own mailbox and are seen by the people at Fotoconic who need to respond.

Two service providers are necessarily involved: our web host, which operates the server and mail transport, and Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on the site and which may therefore receive your IP address as part of that request. We do not share enquiry contents with anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, so that we can pick up a conversation you return to, and then deleted.

Where an enquiry becomes a project, the correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards, in line with ordinary Hong Kong business record-keeping practice.

How it is protected

The website is served over HTTPS, so information sent through the form is encrypted in transit. Access to the mailbox is limited to the people who need it and protected by individual credentials.

No system is completely secure, and we make no absolute guarantee. We hold no data-protection certification and do not claim one.

Your choices

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it where we have no continuing need.

Write to info@fotoconicdigital.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date.
