The business
Lapa Plus offers dresses, tops, pants, skirts, sets, jumpsuits, outerwear and lifestyle accessories through its online store. Its brand presentation emphasizes inclusive sizing, practical comfort and designs created around curvier body proportions.
The store serves European and international customers and includes collection browsing, occasion-based discovery, multilingual content, product information, size guidance, brand content and a conventional online checkout journey.
What the project needed to address
The existing online store required a more coordinated structure and visual presentation. The project needed to improve how customers moved through the website, how products and collections were organized and how the brand's positioning appeared across the shopping experience.
The work also needed to preserve and migrate existing content while improving the platform's usability and technical performance.
Our role
Fotoconic coordinated the website upgrade from planning through implementation. The scope included the visual refresh, user-experience review, collection and category organization, content migration, technical improvements and the coordination required to deliver the revised site.
The objective was not simply to replace the appearance of the website. It was to create a more coherent relationship between the brand, its product range and the way customers browse, evaluate and purchase products.
How the work was approached
Fotoconic reviewed the existing website structure, content and shopping journey to identify areas requiring clarification, modernization or reorganization.
Collections and navigation were reorganized to give customers clearer ways to shop by product type, occasion and lifestyle need. This supports both direct product searches and more exploratory browsing.
The revised interface uses stronger lifestyle imagery, more considered typography and a cleaner hierarchy to create a more confident and contemporary presentation.
Existing content and commercial requirements were carried into the revised platform while technical and performance improvements were implemented around the live e-commerce operation.

The completed outcome
The completed upgrade gave Lapa Plus a clearer and more cohesive e-commerce environment. The revised platform connects the brand's body-positive positioning with practical product discovery, collection browsing, size information and online purchasing.
Customers can explore products by category and occasion, learn more about the brand's design philosophy and move through a more consistent desktop and mobile shopping experience.
The project also established a stronger platform for continuing collection development, editorial content, international marketing and e-commerce activity.
The live website may have been modified since Fotoconic's involvement in the project.
